Opening Vintage Magic Mail | Helm of Chatzuk & Alpha Binder Progress

In this episode, I’m opening another batch of vintage Magic: The Gathering mail and adding several new cards to the Alpha binder and collection. This mail day includes a graded copy of Helm of Chatzuk that will be freed from its case and placed where it belongs, along with a long-awaited Dragon Whelp and a number of early Magic commons and artifacts. I also picked up a Legends Concordant Crossroads, mainly for the artwork and to round out a small Legends binder. As always, this isn’t about hype or grading — it’s about preserving early Magic history, appreciating the original artwork, and slowly building out a complete vintage collection one card at a time. There’s something special about these early cards. Many were played without sleeves, carried around in pockets, or used as bookmarks. Finding them again and giving them a permanent home in the binder is part of what makes collecting vintage Magic so meaningful.
