Angles formed by Chords, Tangents, and Secants

In this video, we solve problems using the relationships between secants, chords, tangents, and their intercepted arcs. The formulas for the two theorems discussed are very similar, where the only difference is sometimes we do 1/2(a+b), and sometimes we do 1/2(a-b).
