Hello, this is PD Yeopjari! Today, I’ve captured the actual process of preparing a monthly report for a consulting channel. When running a YouTube channel, there are so many metrics to look at: views, impressions, click-through rates, average views, shares, and so on. However, I believe the important thing is not simply stopping at thinking, "This video got good views," but rather reading why it went well, why it fell short, and how to connect those insights to future content. So, in today’s video, I’ve tried to show you in a somewhat realistic way which metrics I actually look at, how I read the overall flow of the channel, and how I connect them to my next content strategy. I hope this will be of at least some small help to those running a channel alone, PDs who need to create reports, and those who look at the data but feel lost on how to interpret it.
