The Supreme Court of India has allowed the subclassification within Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) for reservations. Challenging, the verdict of CJI Chandrachud led Supreme Court Bench, Review Petitions were filed . It was demanded that this SC judgement should be dismissed and ST SC Reservation should remain the same as it has been. However, all these review petitions have been rejected by the Supreme Court.
