Is the Hennessey Chrysler 300 better than a Hellcat? Supercharged SRT8 Monster!

I review and drive the mighty 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 equipped with Hennessey's HPE650 package. Is this car even better than a Charger Hellcat? Why did Chrysler not do a Hellcat version of this car?
