And when this IgA gets hyperactive it gets deposit on the kidneys and affects kidney functioning. And due to this deposition of IgA immunoglobulin on the kidneys, it gets inflamed. The tissue gets hard due to inflammation and further causes kidney failure. The two main changes that occur due to IgA Nephropathy are : 1. Deposition of IgA immunoglobulin 2.
