Wow! Has it really been SEVEN years? Where has the time gone! There have been so many ups and downs during my time with the KTM. But there's a reason why I've kept it way longer than any other bike that I've owned... It's good at everything! I can still remember the flack that I received from a couple of my biking mates when I announced that I was buying a KTM. It was almost the same reaction as when I bought my MV Augusta. Old reputations die hard. To a degree they were right I guess (when it came to the KTM at least) But I never had any of the issues which they had warned me about. Something that I forgot to mention in the video - Plastics... The plastic bodywork on this bike made it so easy to look after. I think it's down to their MX style of construction. You don't have to be so precious with it as you do with those high gloss lacquered paint finishes on most other bikes, and they can take an impact. I can't say the same about my Ducati Streetfighter. I hope that KTM can turn things around and carry on producing 'riders bikes' for many more years. People will stand by a product, even if it does have the odd issue along the way, if they feel that they are being looked after. Now, it's up to KTM's management to regain that trust from their customers. Rob
