Full Frame vs APS C vs M4/3: Cost/Performance Analysis

Most people agree, full frame is best, aps-c crop sensor cameras are next best, decent compromise for the size, and micro four thirds continue that trend, getting even smaller and cheaper. Often the weight savings alone makes old men switch systems to avoid back aches and arthritis flare ups. But is the image quality decrease noticeable to these blind as a bat 90 year olds? Can full frame really be that much better for the size and weight savings?
