Select the 'SKP List' menu and click 'Add SKP'. Then, select the Start Period date, End Period date, and select the Approach. Then, select SKP Details to access the Employee Performance Targets page. Click the Add Work Result Plan (RHK) menu, then select the RHK that can be intervened. Select the RHK Type and fill in the work result plan. Once complete, click OK. Next, click Add Indicator and fill in the SKP indicators. If preparing the SKP using a qualitative approach, be sure to include the indicators, targets, and perspectives.
