Honduras finalized the sale of its presidential plane through an international auction in which only one Mexican company participated, offering 137.7 million lempiras. The transaction leaves the State recovering only 46% of the aircraft's purchase price, in addition to an accounting loss exceeding 160 million lempiras and maintenance expenses that surpassed 448 million lempiras.
