Why it’s okay when knitting goes wrong: A mindful approach

It’s perfectly normal and ok to sometimes feel frustrated with your knitting, even when it's something we choose to do because we supposedly enjoy it. Nothing is perfect and smooth sailing 100% of the time. Is it fun when that happens? Definitely not.
