Choun No Kon Sho - Yamanni-ryu Bo Kata / 朝雲の棍 小 - 山根流 棒 形

The Choun no Kon kata of Yamanni-ryu Bojutsu are constructed to introduce the beginner/novice weapons student to some of the core movements of the style. Kesa uchi and soto uke are featured extensively in both the Sho and Dai variations. The versions of Choun no Kon belonging to the Taira and Matayoshi schools of Okinawan kobudo are unrelated.
