Despite the atmosphere being a little chaotic at times, their professionalism, attention, and care really stood out. Tabitha was clearly managing a lot, but once she stepped in fully, her expertise showed immediately. She was structured, professional, and intentional with the dresses she selected. She guided me toward styles I would not have chosen on my own and helped me see myself differently. I have always been self-conscious about my bust area, and she showed me that I could confidently wear silhouettes I hadn’t even considered. She truly gave me the full bridal experience, even completing the look with a veil so I could fully visualize the moment. What meant the most was that she stayed after her shift ended to continue helping—not only with my dress selection but also to ensure my bridal party found great options. She made the experience even more meaningful. Alexis, who is currently training, was incredibly warm and welcoming from the start. She made me feel special, supported, and comfortable throughout the appointment. She was attentive, hands-on, and really focused on achieving the perfect, snatched fit. Her energy made me feel like a true bride, and her presence added so much to the experience. Overall, while the environment was busy, both Tabitha and Alexis worked hard to make sure I felt taken care of.
