Destiny 2 OOB: Crota's Oversoul (ft. The Cryoslide Glitch)

We've finally got a (near) universal solo box break! The Cryoslide Glitch. This glitch is a very useful variant of the overload glitch that allows you to get into a bodyless state where the box and turnback barriers are simply no longer able to affect you. It simultaneously lets us box break loads without needing to do an IRB or summon sparrows, and can even defeat the dreaded inverted turnbacks. Truly one of the most powerful oobing tools we've ever had. At least, if you've got an hour or so to spare ;) It's got pretty low requirements. You need to have the cryoclasm aspect equipped on Titan, find a spot where the sliding effect stays put, and have a fair amount of time to slide at that spot until your slide doesn't slide anymore. Generally that's between like 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on how many people are helping, and how often you get the slide to stick. I'd recommend turning on your fps counter to track progress, and capping frames to 30 since it seems to help the slides stay caught. Thanks to Jar for sharing the glitch here: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8GSXwBe/ 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee let ‪@Solus-yt‬ know about it, and they decided to push it to its limits. The rest is history. History that you can witness with Solus's guide here:    • New Solo Box Break | Cryoslide | Destiny 2   There's so much you can do with this. Every place we couldn't explore due to a lack of loads, or autorezzes, or inverted turnbacks, is now open to us, provided we can find the right sort of spot to slide at. In terms of finding spots, we don't have a complete understanding of what works, but things that seem to help include: Bumpy ground, ground/wall interfaces (particularly with tiny gaps between), the corners of spawn doors, and random other things. Really, just throw slides at the wall until something sticks. So far we've found spots in a number of areas, including the Tower, Eternity, Crota's End (naturally), and Oblation, with more being found every day. And yes, I'm sure you'll be able to do Galaxy Pools with it, though it'll take much longer than current methods ;) ~Timestamps~ 00:00 Intro 00:19 Cryoslide Glitch Setup 02:46 Cryoslide Caveats 03:38 What Success Looks Like 04:37 The Failsafe Contingency 05:07 Exploring Crota's End Unbounded 06:34 A Brief Cyroslide Glitch History 07:15 Approaching Crota's Oversoul 08:10 Some Shenanigans Happen 08:52 Checking the Pillars 09:26 Returning to Upper Oversoul 10:19 An Attempt at the Stills Hub 11:30 A Cryoslide Refresh 13:57 A Perfectly Clear View of the Oversoul 14:59 In Search of Safe Ground 19:12 BOOP 19:18 Flying to the Stills Bridge 21:20 Outro #Destiny2 #Glitch
