La guerre de Corée par Henri de Turenne | INA Histoire

Subscribe http://bit.ly/inahistoire In 1950, as the Korean War broke out, 28-year-old reporter Henri de Turenne was sent to the front lines by AFP. Between the communists in the north and the UN forces in the south, the journalist discovered the reality of the deadliest conflict of the Cold War. His sensitive and well-researched articles earned him the Albert Londres Prize in 1951. The short documentary "The Korean War" by Henri de Turenne revisits this journalist's epic journey in eight minutes, using comic book illustrations and exceptional archival material: combat scenes, rare images of dictator Kim il Sung, and columns of refugees. This video, produced by INA and Lumni Enseignement, with Dupuis publishing, is inspired by the comic book "Henri de Turenne - Sur le front de Corée" (Henri de Turenne - On the Korean Front) by Stéphane Marchetti and Rafael Ortiz. ***** Comments Info ***** On our YouTube channels, you are free to express your opinion, even if it's critical.
