We start at the bathing beach in Bosau, paddle along the southern shore, always close to the edge, until we reach Godau, before crossing to the other side of the lake and making our way back to the starting point. But this idyllic landscape is deceptive. Beneath the surface lies a dark, highly explosive history and scientific mysteries that continue to spark discussion today: 💣 The ammunition remnants of the TVA Plön (Plön Torpedo Testing Facility): We paddle directly over the relics of the former torpedo testing facility. What else lies on the bottom? 🛢️ The petroleum theories (Not fossil?): We explore the question of whether petroleum is always fossil-based or whether entirely different processes were at work. ⚔️ Salven & Saxons: What historical conflicts existed?
