#41 Distributor Gear Replacement - Bronze Cam Gear Installation

STOP! DON'T USE A BRONZE GEAR UNLESS YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT OILING AND ARE ONLY USING FOR RACING PURPOSES! SEE ONE OF MY UPDATED VIDEOS ABOUT THIS GEAR FAILING! Because I upgraded to a hydraulic roller cam I realized that I needed to upgrade my distributor gear. The issue is that the original distributor gears don't play well with the steel that the cam gears are made out of. You want your cam gear to be softer and the weak link just in case there is an issue. Yep, I installed it backwards. I was concentrating so hard on not damaging the gear that I missed the forest for the trees...oh well...easy fix. I updated the thumbnail to show that I flipped it around!
