Form Limiter Apps Script to eliminate choices from a form after they are chosen

‪@redtailfanschool‬ In this video we demonstrate the apps script needed to eliminate a multiple choice list from a google form after a certain number of times it is chosen. In our example it is a single time but that is controlled by the user on the lists page. I have seen this request many time from users on how to limit how many times a choice can be chosen.
