Railfanning In Salisbury NC With EMD Leaders & The Savannah & Atlanta Heritage Unit 4/26/2014

I went down to Salisbury to hang around the wye for a bit with some friends. A few major changes have been added to Salisbury wye with the new signal project. The new signal project will split the wye into three different control points as well as make Majolica on the S-Line a control point. All of these changes are for the impending PTC deadline in 2015.
