Use Serato Stems without giving up a pad mode!!! (DJM S11 but will work with others)
*Meant Horizontal lines when talking about the Stems icon, not vertical. This is just a video to show you how to easily midi map a user pad mode on you controller or mixer to the new Serato Stems features. It's pretty easy to do and makes it so you don't have to give up a pad mode in exchange for using the feature. When I actually did this a couple weeks back, I noticed that clicking the different areas can be a bit finicky when midi mapping, so be persistent and move the mouse away from the area and back in again and it will eventually allow you to select it and midi map it. Good luck and Happy New Year!!
