Paulownia seeds aren't germinating 🙁

I often get asked where Paulownia seeds can be bought, because those the person bought didn't germinate 🙁 Here's where I buy mine from https://www.namuzona.lt just search for Paulownia and they will come up 😉 though perhaps this video will help. 40℃ is getting to the extreme limit for a seed tray. A constant daytime temperature of 30℃ dropping to a nighttime temperature of around 10℃ would I think be ideal.
