York Railway Rare Move in Downtown York, PA | Street Running Train Action

On October 4th, 2023, I ran into the York Railway completing a rare locomotive move in downtown York, PA. The move consisted of transporting Maryland and Pennsylvania switcher locomotive #84 south to the interchange with the Northern Central Railway to be transported to the Stewartstown Railroad, and then picking up Pennsylvania Railroad GP10 #7580 from the Northern Central Railway to be transported to the East Penn Railroad. I began chasing this move at the point that the YRC had picked up #7580 and was grabbing #84 from the outskirts of York College of Pennsylvania to transport it south to the interchange point with Northern Central Railway.
