Maslak 1453 project is being built on a total area of ​​322,000m2. Within the framework of the project, a total of 24 towers of three different types, namely A, B and C types, will be built. At the end of the project, a total of 4,039 residences with ceiling heights ranging from 3.25m to 3.50m will be put into use in the towers. Within the scope of the project; A total of 642 residences will be put into use in the Terrace Houses, which will be built in 4 different types: T1, T2, T3 and T4. There will be 28 residential blocks and 1 office block (F block) in total. A blocks were built as skyscrapers and C blocks were built as family type
