Chalfont and Latimer Railway Station - Saturday 3rd September 2022

A look at Chalfont and Latimer railway station on the afternoon of Saturday 3rd September 2022. Chalfont and Latimer is on the 'Chiltern line' from London Marylesbone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway and stopping and semi fast services are provided by Chiltern Railways to London Marylebone. The station is also served by the London Underground Metropolitan line on the Amersham route and is the junction of the Chesham branch. During this video a unit of 1938 tube stock beautifully restored by the London Transport Museum is seen passing through the station during a series of trips the museum ran this weekend between Amersham and Watford.
