Commanders and heads of services of the SKELYA regiment undergo special training of assault troops on a par with the personnel. At the training ground, they perform the same tasks as the soldiers: they practice assault tactics, interaction in a group, and actions in conditions as close as possible to combat. Such training helps commanders maintain their own combat readiness, better understand the challenges faced by their subordinates, and set a personal example.
