Fig Variety Review: Baldufada Rimada
This is a striped fig variety that the books say should be synonymous with Bordissot Blanca Rimada and Panache, but appears to ripen a little earlier than those varieties. In any case, it has a nice striping on the fruit and wood and a great sweet berry flavor.
