【一人deごはん】Let’s eat at home！「そば屋のカレーライス」＆「カレーヌードルBIG」

Today's "Eating Alone" staple is double curry. I found S&B Foods' ready-made "Soba Shop Curry Rice" and decided to buy it. It's supposed to be a recreation of the curry rice from a local soba shop loved by its regulars. The key is the special broth made with dried bonito flakes, kelp, and mackerel. It was indeed delicious, with a mild Japanese flavor that wasn't too spicy. It was a great contrast to the punchy "BIG" curry, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fun of having double curry.
