Varför jag springer 100 miles igen när jag redan klarat av det, två gånger!

Why put myself through the Kullamannen 100 miles again when I’ve already finished it? It’s a question I get a lot, and in this video, I want to share my answer. For me, it’s not about 'conquering the mountain' once and for all. Those 100 miles are just milestones on a much longer journey. I talk about my greatest role models—my late father-in-law Lorentz and my mother-in-law Karin—who showed me that running is something you can carry with you throughout your entire life. My true goal isn’t a medal or a specific time; it’s to still be able to call myself an ultra runner when I’m past 70. Join me as I share my thoughts on motivation, the challenges of ultra running, and the simple love of just being able to keep running, year after year. 📢 Please share this video! Do you know someone who needs a motivation boost or who also dreams of running long distances? Please share this film with them—it means a lot to the channel! 🏃‍♂️ Follow my training on Strava:   / strava   If you love running too, or just want to tag along on the journey toward 50, 60, and 70 years as a runner—don’t forget to subscribe and hit the like button!
