Practicing at different tempos is key to mastering the techniques needed to play the song. This can get pretty boring if you're practicing alone with a metronome. That's why I've created these backing tracks for metal guitarists (or whoever finds them useful), so that they can "play with the band" even when practicing at a very slow tempo. The tempos available are 50%, 75%, 90%, 100% and 105% (110% on earlier videos) - for getting that extra confidence for the original tempo.
