Zucchini bread recipe 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups shredded zucchini 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup walnuts Mix wet ingredients together first Add in flour,salt, baking soda, cinnamon Mix well Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
