Slatted Ceiling | Skoolie Conversion Ep. 28 | Adam & Steph

We're suckers for clean and modern designs and this slatted ceiling is the first finished surface in our skoolie! We're so excited about how this one turned out. We used sheets of 1/8" fibre board, painted them black, and used tongue and groove cedar boards for the slats. We used a table router to cut off the tongue and grooves from the boards which gave them a really clean finish. They went up with brad nails, used a hole-saw to cut around the lights, and used pieces of 1/2" plywood scraps as our spacers. What do you think about how this turned out? Would love to hear your thoughts down below!
