Pattern Description: The number of stitches is a multiple of 8 + 3 for symmetry + 2 edge stitches. Knit 2 additional rows of knit stitches. Pattern repeat: Row 1. *3 knit stitches, 1 flat double knit stitch, 1 knit stitch, 1 flat double knit stitch, 1 knit stitch, 1 flat double knit stitch*, 3 knit stitches. Rows 2 and all even rows: knit stitches. Knit double stitches as one knit stitch. Row 3: *3 knit stitches, 1 flat double knit stitch, 1 twisted double knit stitch, 1 flat DL, 1 twisted DL, 1 flat DL*, 3 knit stitches. Repeat rows 1 through 4.
