Hardworking, humble people who have managed to acquire this car through hard work. They work together in Don Dulio's mechanic's shop, where they spend hours repairing street cars and preparing their machine. During a pre-race test, the car breaks down. To make matters worse, Dulio informs them that he has sold the shop for a good offer, leaving them jobless. Their only hope now is to win the race. Victoria, the owner of Bandi, the candy factory based in the neighborhood, divides her days between celebrating the company's 35th anniversary and the marriage proposal she has received from Lorenzo, her boyfriend and company manager, who is secretly linked to a real estate development seeking to buy the properties on two blocks in the neighborhood, one of which is occupied by the candy factory. Victoria is annoyed by the lack of intimacy surrounding the request and delays her response until she finds herself alone with Lorenzo. She says yes, but now the stumbling block is the immediate date Lorenzo is asking for, and Victoria refuses, sparking a fight. Meanwhile, the decision to cut off the cash flow to her sister Natacha, who lives in Los Angeles, prompts Natacha to announce her return, creating tension throughout the family. In the midst of this situation, Victoria is the victim of an accident caused by the driver, which results in her being fired. Forced to search for a new driver, Victoria meets Marcos, recommended by a factory employee. The connection between them is as immediate as it is contradictory, as the clash between two very different worlds is based on that exchange. Julián, meanwhile, endures the crisis that unemployment brings to his marriage and goes in search of a new job to support his wife and son. But he doesn't last long in a new workshop, as he refuses to be an accomplice to the scams his clients fall victim to. Defending his dignity, he resigns and reacts violently to the new owner's insult. Marcos and Julián must now accept defeat and cherish their dream of victory to forge a better future.
