An explosive performance of Pt. Kumar Gandharva at a private concert in 1977, Pune. The concert ended with composition in Raag Bhairavi - Na Maro Bhar Pichkari Jau Mai To Pe Vari which was later adopted by Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande and his other students. Before on YouTube a version of this song by him is available but not as impressive as this. This is the height of perfection and melody. The photo used here is an extrememly rare but unfortunately undated photo from my collection. This photo was taken at Bhimsen Prasang where Bhimsen Joshi was also present at, Bhopal as written below it.
