The Guard of the Green_when you frame a Tiger, you frame a forest

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Victoria Memorial Hall, in collaboration with INTACH, hosted a special lecture on 5 June 2026, titled “The Guard of the Green: When You Frame a Tiger, You Frame a Forest.” The session featured Dr. Atanu Raha (IFS Retd.), Environmentalists and Conservationists, Dr. Jayanta Sen, and Swarnali Chattopadhyay, who shared valuable insights on wildlife conservation, biodiversity, and environmental stewardship. The speakers were felicitated by Dr. Sayan Bhattacharya, Secretary and Curator, Victoria Memorial Hall, in recognition of their contributions to conservation and environmental awareness.
