In this video I will be attempting to rebuild a severely damaged 1947-1954 Chevy truck door. Not only does it have major collision damage, but it also has extensive rust. We will begin by fabricating a new inner door bottom to stabilize the patient. Then we will peel the skin off and tackle the massive dent, which proves to be a challenge thanks to a pesky oil can situation. Can this hopeless mess be saved, or will it get carted off to the scrapper?
