What does Footscray sound like to Sahul Sakti? We did a raw, edgy, gritty performance that reflected the different dimensions of Footscray that speaks to us. The restlessness, the sense of possibility, the creative energy. The forces of modernity, industrialisation and development that are changing the urban landscape and how this might affect one's sense of place, identity, and belonging. Performed live at the Sleepless Footscray Festival, 16 May 2026. This is Part 2 of our 'May-hem' series, a mini-festival where we unleash our creativity and imagination.
