Walking in Ashwell, England - 4K - Picturesque Hertfordshire village

A walk through the picturesque Hertfordshire village of Ashwell. Located north of Baldock, Ashwell is known for its historic architecture. We begin our walk approaching the High Street from West End. After passing the medieval Old Cottage and 17th Century Guildhouse, we make our way down Church Lane. After walking by St Mary’s Church, we then go round the back of the village, passing the Grade II listed Clunch Wall. We then stroll past the Ashwell Village museum, before heading back to the High Street, where we take in more of the old buildings, before finishing at The Springs - a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
