Getting to know Los Almendros Beach in Los Cobanos, Sonsonate. The idea was to enter by car near the Hotel Decamerón, but because it's a low-slung sedan and the road is riddled with potholes, we couldn't make it, so we went to the city of Acajutla to find public transportation to the beach. Pickup trucks cost $0.50 per person and depart every 30 minutes. The park entrance fee was $3. It was a Monday, so the park and beach were super quiet.
