Basketball - Einführung in das Passen und Fangen

In 1891, Canadian physical education teacher Dr. James Naismith invented the game of basketball as we know it today. Over time, basketball has developed into one of the most popular ball sports in the world. It places considerable demands on players in terms of coordination and physical fitness. Therefore, it's not surprising that basketball has made it into the school curriculum. Passing and catching are among the basic skills in basketball. Only through thoughtful passing and accurate catching can the ball be put into a favorable position for a shot during a game. Both skills require optimal ball control through an individually developed feel for the ball. Despite opposing offense and defense, every player must be able to move around the court with the ball and make accurate passes. A good player always knows where his teammates are, their position relative to their own or the opponent's basket, and whether an opponent is approaching from behind, for example. Game vision, ball control, and passing are essential for this. In this video, we present some introductions and practice ideas for passing and catching. We hope you enjoy it!
