Blackbird's FG-1D Corsair - Aerobatic Display - So far my favorite - Microsoft Flight Simulator
Trying out Blackbird Simulations (Milviz) Goodyear FG-1D Corsair over Texel, Netherlands. So far it's my favorite plane in MSFS. It's very detailed, has a great sound and is a lot of fun to fly. Compared to for example the Hellcat and Spitfire it seems to take higer G's better. Most warbird displays are flown at 4-5 G's max, the Corsair tends to be at 6 G's. It's relativly easy to fly, but can be tricky to takeoff and land in...as demonstrated by my horrible landing. It has a tendency to dip a wing and if you don't react with a combination of rudder, aileron and sometimes differential braking you will get a wing strike.
