ESO Stamina Necromancer PvP Build | Plague | Elsweyr Patch

This ESO Stamina Necromancer PvP build is a medium armor setup that has really high burst damage, fantastic sustain, good surviability and great movement. The focus of this build was to be fast moving and bursty, which was why we chose to go with medium armor for this setup. Utilizing the bow passives for major expedition on dodge roll, as well as the passive movement increase from our racial passives (Bosmer), allows us to move around quickly on the battlefield. In addition, while we do get some mitigation from resistances, the biggest chunk is from percent mitigation. Necromancer has an easy time stacking precent mitigation, so focusing on that as your means of defense, in addition to just enough resistances, means that even in medium armor you can be tough to put down!
