Master Roshi is the legendary character from the Dragon Ball series and the one who invested Kamehameha. Roshi is portray as a well-respected figure but behave like a pervert at some time. Master Roshi was voiced by many different people before since the Dragon Ball era. However, the latest up to today to voice Roshi was Masaharu Sato.
