YogaSlackers: Slackline 101

YogaSlackers began their slackline experience by looking beyond the standard slackline goal of "walking the line" (partly because they found is very difficult to learn!). By treating the line like a very skinny yoga mat, they discovered a practice that was rich with opportunity for challenge, growth and playfulness. They since developed a well rounded (and often-emulated) teaching methodology that has helped nearly 20,000 people redefine their balance potential using the slackline.
