A Relaxing Day at Discovery Cove 🌴 | Our Third Visit to Paradise Here we are at one of our Orlando must-dos — Discovery Cove! This place is an inland tropical oasis, and you’d have no idea you weren’t actually in the tropics. We absolutely love it here and would never miss it on an Orlando trip. This visit was definitely the busiest we’ve seen across our three visits, which made for a slightly hectic start. But as the day went on, people spread out and it never really felt crowded away from the canteen area. As always, we set up at Serenity Bay — a lovely chilled area right by the lazy river and shallow waters for Toby… and perfectly located between two bars haha! Hannah had the drinks package this time, so after breakfast our first stop was the Blue Bamboo Bar, where she got stuck into her first cocktail of the day — alongside one of the gooey cookies they serve there. A few hours passed as we explored the aviary and drifted around the lazy river, spotting otters and monkeys along the way, before the main event… lunchtime. But what did we think of the food this time around??? After lunch, it was time to get snorkelled up and hit the reef — my personal favourite part of Discovery Cove. There’s just something so relaxing about floating around with all the tropical fish. Before we knew it, time had ticked on and our day in paradise had come to an end… so what were our thoughts after our third visit to Discovery Cove?
