It was driving until they touched it! Another BMW E39 540i Touring! No Start Troubleshooting

This BMW E39 540iT came from Phoenix Arizona just like the Silver E39 Wagon that we looked over last month (video linked below). It was worked on by the same individual and the car was running and driving before they touched it. It also had the DME sent out to ESS Tuning for a chip tune, but the original issue was a noise from the bell housing area. The other shop decided to take off the trans to figure out what was wrong, and ever since then the car did not run and drive. They towed the car to me from Phoenix and in this video I go over its condition as well as troubleshoot the no start condition. We will be doing a 6 speed manual conversion on this car along with a bunch of maintenance. Stay tuned for that.
