Join me on a walk around Malahide, an affluent village outside Dublin City. We will explore the lively streets, with lots of people out enjoying a spell of lovely early summer sunshine. We'll also visit Ireland's largest model railway. A real labour of love of the Fry family. A lot of fun for little kids and big kids. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. Malahide is a short train ride from Dublin City. It is ideal for a day trip with no car required. So if you are looking for something to do or you are a tourist who doesn't fancy driving, Malahide has a lot of offer.
