SHOW YOUR FORTE - President Kim Dae-jin of the Korea National University of Arts As summer began, the Korea National University of Arts implemented its first-ever direct election for president. Following public debates and an election as heated as this summer itself, Professor Kim Dae-jin was elected as the 9th president under the slogan, "An arts school that practices art properly." Many congratulatory messages poured in for the online inauguration ceremony of President Kim Dae-jin, who has been a part of the school's history as a professor at the School of Music since shortly after its opening. On his first day in office, an interview with President Kim Dae-jin began at the Seokgwan-dong campus. Just as one endures calm and arduous practice to encounter a serendipitous moment on stage, President Kim Dae-jin conveyed his calm passion and various endeavors for the school's development throughout the interview.
