OFFROAD COMPARISON - MOJAVE ROAD 2021 (31 Vehicles / 130 Miles) an overlanding movie

The Mojave road is 130 miles long and often times you will be remote. In case you didn't know, it runs through the Mojave desert. This is an inhospitable place and it will be unforgiving to those unprepared. Our deserts claim the lives of many each and every year, so PLEASE BE PREPARED. Bring an over abundant amount of water. You should bring 1 gallon of water, per person, per day, BUT... what if your vehicle breaks down and your stranded for a couple of days? Did you bring enough drinking water to account for those extra days? Also, I do not recommend doing this trail alone. Every vehicle will break down at some point and this is not where you want to be when that happens. With all that said, the Mojave National preserve is a beautiful place! This 130 mile road has various terrain: rocky mountain passes, gigantic joshua tree forest, lava flows, dry lake bed, sand dunes, and to finish it off, some epic water crossings (one of them is not so epic now). We take 31 vehicles of all vehicle types. We have AWD and 4WD, Crossovers and Trucks, Compact and Full-size. We even had a Subaru Ascent pulling a trailer! This video will give you a good idea if your vehicle would be capable of getting through this trail. It was an absolute honor to plan and host this trip through the Mojave Road!
