DIY PCB Manufacture (Toner Transfer, Ferric Chloride, Liquid Tin)
Here's a run through of the method I use for prototype PCBs. That's if I'm too impatient to wait for OSHPark or similar, or if I only need a few single sided boards. This uses photo paper in a laser printer to iron on the design, then Ferric Chloride to etch, and finally Liquid Tin to protect the final copper layer.
